Responsible for reporting out on the Chamber's finances monthly and ensuring that accounts are current. Chairperson: Julia Tsoy
Establishes relationships with corporations who will ultimately become partners with the Chamber on either an Annual or Special event basis. Maintains an ongoing relationship with each partner to ensure quality of service. Chairperson: Laura Jennings
Focuses on planning and organizing events that highlight the diverse nature of the Chamber including the Women to Women events. Morning networking events featuring relevant speakers are held one Friday each month, as well as two signature annual events. All events are open to chamber members and guests.

Employer Legislative Committee
Employer Legislative Committee is a multi-chamber committee that coordinates the monthly luncheons of the Employer Legislative Committees (ELCs). ELCs were established by the New Jersey Business & Industry Association in 1959, are independent, local organizations representing all 21 counties. ELCs meet monthly for approximately 90 minutes, and offer you a unique opportunity to meet with your local legislators and network with your colleagues while learning about issues affecting your business. Establishes and implements appropriate marketing and public relations for the Chamber and its membership.
The NECC Marketing Committee is a dedicated team of individuals whose goal is to facilitate, teach, and provide marketing specific materials to help the chamber’s members on the marketing front. It promotes the Chamber through our website, email marketing, social media and other means.

Assists to guide the development and growth membership for the Chamber. Achieves retention goals via strategic initiatives. Greets & recruits new members and encourages participation in Chamber activities. Chairperson: Barbara Ruiz
Develops, organizes, and hosts a variety of exciting Chamber programs such as seminars, and meetings. Supports program planning, budgeting, and implementation for events for the professional development and networking benefit of the membership.
