Tracy Smith started her business, Draw The Line Tees during one of the most pivotal moments of our time—the COVID-19 pandemic and the anguish surrounding George Floyd. The brand emerged with a clear purpose: to provide a Biblical response through powerful, faith-inspired T-shirt messaging that spoke "Truth to power".
As Draw The Line Tees grew, their mission expanded. Today, Draw The Line Tees not only delivers bold Christian apparel but also offers a range of high-quality custom and bulk printing solutions that support the vision and mission of businesses, schools, churches, communities, and individuals across diverse walks of life.
Tracy shares that their greatest success has been staying true to their mission over the last 6 years, which is to bring God glory! Second to that, they have celebrated many benchmarks, including becoming a sponsor at Kingdom Bound, one of the largest Christian Music concerts on the east coast, hitting the benchmark of acquiring over 100 custom customers, and just being blessed to be up and running in 2026 with a bright outlook in the future.
What sets Draw The Line Tees apart from others is that they are more than a business, they are an encounter! They excel in hospitality and customer service. They give back by gifting customers with free merchandise wherever they go.
Before starting Draw The Line Tees, Tracy had worked in education for 25 years. She is also an Army Reserve Veteran. Her favorite thing to do is grab a cozy chair outdoors and sit by the lake and rest. Tracy shared more about herself, “The one word that describes me is loyal. Once I get to really know you and I call you friend...I will be a loyal friend to you!”
Draw The Line Tees has been a member of the North Essex Chamber of Commerce for only a few months. Tracy joined the Chamber to network and meet new business owners. Tracy’s advice to other businesses is do your research, work or do an apprenticeship under someone in the business you would like to start, count up the cost and pray about everything!
Recently, Tracy learned not to overlook the little things, because you could be overlooking something great!
